Dried plums ( also pitted plum ) are the dried fruit obtained once the original fruit, i.e. fresh plums, has been dried. This dried fruit contains all the nutrients of its fresh counterpart, but much more concentrated, due to the loss of water that it suffers in the drying process. They are an excellent remedy against skin dryness

To consider is also its rich content in potassium and magnesium, nutrients that strengthen the muscles and prevent cramps. It is especially recommended for very athletic people or with jobs that wear out the physical.
