Spinach and Beetroot Ditalini Eco

The tricolor ditalini are composed of eco durum wheat semolina, eco spinach (1.2%) and eco red beetroot (0.9%).

It is made in an artisanal way in Spain under the original Italian recipe. This durum wheat semolina is bronze-drawn. It is slow drying.

Although they are suitable for any recipe, they are highly recommended for making pasta salads
