SUCRES Grape Sugar Syrup

BOURGOIN SUCRES is a grape sugar syrup that historically echoes the "defructum" of the Romans used as the only sweet base with honey in antiquity until Marco Polo brought sugar cane from China. From the Ugni-Blanc grape variety, its 65 Brix sugar content makes it a perfect ethical, local and responsible substitute for industrial sugar syrups.
Diet: note that its glycemic index is 13 times lower than that of cane or beet sugar syrup. This vegetable sugar is ideal for use at the bar (cocktails) as well as in the kitchen (baking).
