Made from a select mosaic of our own vineyards located in the Corpinnat territory, cradle of the great sparkling wines of the historic Penedès wine region, south of Barcelona, where the production of sparkling wines began at the end of the 19th century following the traditional method.

Winery: Own vineyards, in Sant Sadurní de Noia (Barcelona), hand harvested by hand. Corpinnat Year: 2018 Grades: 12% Varietal: 65% Xarel-lo 20% Macabeo 18% Parellada 17%

Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color, with small, continuous bubbles. Nose: The nose is dominated by balsamic tones and ripe fruit, surrounded by a pleasant sensation of welcome. Tasting on the palate: Citrus fruits reign in a very lively and fresh mouth, while serious and structured.

Making: Vinification on the property. Vinification, winemaking and ageing are carried out entirely at Recaredo. Long aging. Bottle aging is carried out exclusively with natural cork stoppers. The cork is sustainable, recyclable and technically ideal for preserving the original meaning of a long-aged sparkling wine. Manual disgorging without freezing. Disgorgement (expulsion of the lees from the second fermentation in the bottle) is carried out by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle; professional craftsmanship and respect for the environment. The second fermentation in the bottle is always carried out with a natural cork stopper, a hallmark of Recaredo for the long aging of absolutely all its wines. Recaredo Terrers is aged between 35 and 45 months in the bottle. This sparkling wine is manually clarified in a desk and the disgorgement is done by hand without freezing the neck of the bottle, in an exercise of master craftsmanship
