Handcrafted trout rillettes
Our rillettes are made from sea-raised trout or freshwater-raised trout.
Our sea farming is unique in France. In addition to our French Salmon, we raise rainbow trout in the same conditions. We are the only ones to offer sea-bred trout in Normandy.
Our trout farm is unique in France
Our trout farm is located in Normandy (Acquigny). This site has the particularity of resting on an island, where water circulates abundantly by gravitation between two arms of the Eure. Thanks to this strong renewal of water of excellent quality and our team, our trout are in a virtuous environment.
Animal welfare is an integral part of our quality policy. Our trout have a specific diet, from sustainable fishing mainly based on Pacific fish, without GMO* and without antibiotics.
Our rillettes are composed of 60% of our trout.

Ingredients:Fresh trout (50%), Smoked trout (10%), lemon (contains sulfites) (3.7%), cream, butter, shallot, salt, pepper.

Ingredients: Fresh trout (60%), pink berries (0.5%), tarragon (1%), cream, butter, shallot, salt, pepper.
