Exquisite beef fillets from Navarra aged less than 1 year, ideal for breading. Selected from the CONTRA and TAPA. Tender and juicy. From calves that have received a 100% natural feed and controlled from birth to slaughter by rigorous quality controls. Real meat. We present them vacuum packed in trays of 0.5 kg. or 1kg. Choose the format: 0.5 kg. (5 und thin cut / 4 und medium cut) or 1kg format. (10 und thin cut / 8 und medium cut). It's that easy.
