White Perucchi Vermouth: In the mid-nineteenth century, Augustus Perucchi produces the first Vermouth in Spain, based on wines, mistelas, herbs, plants and roots. Subjected to laborious processes. The result is La Gran Solera Perucchi that ages mixed with soleras from previous years, forming the valuable centenary soleras. It is then blended with wines and mistelas to reach the final result. The Vermout will age in ancient oak vats, further refining the bouquet and shaping its personality.
