Paseante La Trobada is a red wine from the Protected Designation of Origin Alicante, made with Monastrell grapes by Vinos del Paseante.
The organic grapes of the Monastrell variety are carefully chosen and harvested at the optimal ripeness. Afterwards, they are destemmed and undergo pre-fermentation cooling to enhance their aromatic complexity. The fermentation lasts for 10 days, although the contact with the skins is extended to add more smoothness and sophistication to the wine. Then, the wine is racked and pressed, allowing it to rest until the malolactic fermentation is complete. Once finished, it undergoes clarification and filtration before being bottled.

Tasting Note of Paseante La Trobada
Appearance: It has a medium-high intensity violet color.
Aroma: In the aroma, one can perceive notes of black fruit, violets, figs, and black plums, along with balsamic nuances, licorice, elements of the Mediterranean undergrowth, a subtle background of cocoa, and spices.
Palate: On the palate, it is distinguished by its freshness, a touch of menthol, and a generous load of fruit. The tannins are soft, and the wine exhibits good balance and elegance.
