White Beans from Ganxet

These white beans are originally called "Mongetes del Ganxet", their variety is one of the most appreciated in their region of origin, Catalonia, in fact they have their own PDO. They are characterised by their slightly smaller size, their soft texture and their slightly sweeter and tastier flavour
