Varietal: 100% Syrah


Winemaking: 40% of the Syrah is aged in American oak barrels for 12 months, and another 60% in stainless steel tanks.


Tasting notes:
Aroma: powerful impression of blackberries with a hint of wood smoke and sweet vanilla.
The nose begins to open up and develops notes of dark chocolate.
Mouth: the initial impact is very full-bodied, unctuous and soft tannins.
Black fruit flavours dominate, wild blackberries and dried plums, with hints of espresso.


Drinking temperature: 16ºC.
