100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Race

A unique almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless, dark-colored pigs, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the front part of the neck).
