100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed

A unique almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham for its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless pigs, dark in color, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendage in the anterior part of the neck).
