Ham comes from pigs raised on our own farms where they are fed acorns, grass, and roots.

The main physical and organoleptic characteristics are the elongated and stylized shape, the pinkish color with marbled fat in the cut, a sweet taste and pleasant aroma, a slightly fibrous texture, and shiny and aromatic fat.
