3 bottles of semi-dry cider, comes from Normandy, on the edge of the Pays d'Auge. It is made according to ancient processes by a small local producer. The semi-dry cider is fruity, light, pleasant on the palate and not very alcoholic.

The cider semi-dry is very popular because it is a middle ground between raw cider and sweet cider. The taste of the apple is still found in the semi-dry cider, in addition to a sweetness.
