Made with 8 distillations, made in copper pot stills from the maceration of 14 different botanicals and citrus, which include in addition to juniper and vanilla stick, thyme, bitter chamomile, lavender and mencía wine, all from El Bierzo.
The alcohol used in its production is a five times distilled grain alcohol, full grain and free of genetic manipulation, from one of the best distilleries in Europe
Tasting notes: Transparent color, with flickering flashes in its clean and bright background. On the nose, a symphony of aromas of juniper and fresh herbs with floral notes and sweet spicy notes well assembled with a soft layer of wine notes from the mencía wine
On the palate: Smooth, creamy and unctuous on the entry. Unfolding fresh flavors of juniper and herbs well assembled with vinous memories of Mencia, with a slightly sweet finish pleasant, spicy with floral and vanilla notes.

Perfect Serve
