A Torna Dos Pasas Escolma is a red wine made from Brancellao, Caíño Longo, Ferrol and Caíño Redondo, from the winery's oldest vines, planted on hillsides on sandy-siliceous soils.
The grapes are harvested in the vineyards of the winery
The grapes are harvested by hand. Each variety undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts separately in stainless steel tanks. The aging is 12 months in new French oak barrels. The wine is refined in bottle for a minimum of 3 years before release.
