Abondance PDO

Abundance is a French cheese from the Savoy region. Made with whole raw milk, it belongs to the family of pressed cooked cheeses. It shares its name with the valley where it was born, the valley of Abondance, and with the breed of cattle that gives it its milk, the abondance. Its nutty taste makes it appreciated as is or melted into many cooked dishes!
