The Iberian salchichón Señorío de Montanera is made with lean trimmings from ham and shoulder, and other carefully selected extra lean cuts from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs. Its seasoning stands out for the ground and whole black pepper, and grated nutmeg. Special storage conditions: Keep refrigerated at a temperature below 7ºC. Conditions of use: Non-edible casing, remove before consuming. Open the vacuum pack 15 minutes in advance. In case of not consuming the entire piece, it is recommended to store it back in refrigeration (below 7ºC) inside the original bag. Discard the first slice when resuming consumption. The optimal consumption temperature should be between 18 and 24ºC.
