With an exquisite flavor and aroma, its main characteristic is UMAMI flavor, very dominant complete buco-palatal, long-lasting and ancient.

It is a sausage in natural casing and made with lean and fat from 100% Iberian acorn-fed pork, minced and seasoned. It contains salt, La Vera paprika, sugars, spices, and preservatives (E-250 and E-252). Stuffed in natural casing and subjected to a drying and maturation process. Approximate final weight 1,200 g.
