One of the jewels of Spanish Iberian products, this 100% Iberico Acorn-fed Pork Loin from D.O. Extremadura, which is raised freely in the Extremadura pasture. It has a minimum curing period of 6 months. It is vacuum packed. Cured raw sausage, marinated and stuffed in artificial casing that has undergone a proper curing process.

From each pig weighing over 160 kg, units of approximately 2.0-2.5 kg each are obtained fresh.

After the process in slow and gentle maturation conditions, with a final loss of 44%, we obtain a product that, due to its typical marbled appearance with irregular veins, consistent and uniform texture, marked juiciness, and pronounced flavor. They fall into the highest category within this range of products.

We recommend removing the vacuum bag and leaving it in a cool, dry place, uncut, 24 hours before starting consumption. As a general rule, the thickness of the slices can be 2 mm.
