Jabugo comes from the mamellada-lampiña breed, 100% Iberian, which is raised freely in the Sevillian meadow. It has a minimum curing period of 4 months and is vacuum packed. This cured raw sausage is made with lean and fat from Iberian pigs, seasoned and stuffed in casing that has undergone an appropriate curing process.

100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed

A unique and almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless (smooth), dark-colored pigs, with thin legs, and presenting mamellas (fleshy appendix in the front part of the neck).
