100% Iberian Mamellado-Lampiño Breed
A unique and almost extinct breed selected by the founder as the best for the production of acorn-fed Iberian ham due to its ability to convert acorns and infiltrate fat. A breed characterized by small-sized, hairless pigs, dark coloring, slender legs, and the presence of mamellas (fleshy appendage in the front part of the neck).

100% Iberian acorn-fed pigs JUAN PEDRO DOMECQ presented in elegant packaging and vacuum sealed. 100% Iberian fully certified by accredited certifying entities according to the Iberian Standard set forth in Royal Decree 4/2014.
