Aged cheese with 1% 100% natural Italian truffle, without oils or flavors.

Result of two years of testing, we achieved a cheese completely balanced with truffle in flavor and aroma. A cheese with a firm and compact texture; with a hard crust of brown color and well-marked and defined pleita. It has a buttery, soluble, and somewhat adhesive texture. It is a cheese made with truffle from the Italian Piemonte. Despite having tested truffles from other sources, the aroma and flavor were lost in the maturation process. With Italian truffle, we have achieved the optimal result and excellence we were looking for.

TASTING: always at room temperature, break the cheese just under the nose. The truffle is more aromas than flavors. Once you put it in your mouth, let it warm between your tongue and palate so that the aromas emerge even more, and start eating little by little.
MATURATION: 3 months.

Sheep milk, natural rennet, lactic ferments, salt, and 1% truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt). Natural rind. May contain traces of egg. Origin of milk: Spain. Keep in a cool place.
