Agrícola de Cadalso de los Vidrios, in collaboration with the visionary winemakers of the Sierra de Gredos region, Comando G, has created this unique wine.

The grapes for this single varietal Syrah come from the Paraje de los Pasaderos, a small vineyard of just two hectares that was planted 20 years ago in granitic soils and is located at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level.

The vinification process is carried out using destemmed grapes in concrete tanks, where it ferments with native yeast at controlled temperature.

The wine ages for 6 months in concrete, which contributes to its development.
