Elaboration and aging

Marieta 2022 is 100% made from the Albariño variety. It is the first semi-dry Albariño in history. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 16-18ºC in stainless steel tanks.

It is interrupted before completion through the use of cold.

  • Nose: High intensity with notes of peach, ripe apple, and melon. With a background of lemon citrus.
