Their gourmet preserves are the result of selecting the best live seafood and a completely artisan manufacturing process, in which they cook the seafood in Cantabrian sea water and then extract the meat by hand, achieving a fresh, artisanal, unique, and very high-quality product.
They have an internal laboratory where they periodically control their nurseries, their seafood meats, and their select preserves, as well as the health, quality, and traceability controls of all their products.

Pairing: It is recommended to taste as one pleases. We recommend it in Made in Spain Gourmet, of course, with a good white wine, Penedés, Verdejo, Albariño, or why not a Premium cava, a vermouth, or a frizzante like La Mundial. It can be used with sushi, in skewers, in salads, and even with pasta.
