Anadelia is a white wine made from Godello and Treixadura grapes. One of the winery's most special wines is the result of an exceptional vintage  and is a tribute to the "matriarch" of the winery, Ana Delia.

Made with Treixadura fermented in steel and Godello in cold pre-fermentative maceration with a subsequent fermentation in barrel with a battonage work.

A golden yellow wine with a green rim that needs oxygenation to show the ripe aromas of pear and stone fruit.

There is a hint of pastry provided by the work with the lees together with a subtle note of beeswax, characteristic of Treixadura.

On the palate it is a broad and unctuous wine, with a delicate bitter finish that gives us a wine with a very long aftertaste.
