Algueira Escalada is a white wine from the Ribeira Sacra Designation of Origin made from 100% Godello grapes.

Born from the value of an excellent raw material, ESCALADA is a free-run product in which the indigenous yeasts ferment without temperature control in chestnut and French oak casks, enveloping the Godello in its lees with a gentle battonage that develops only until the end of fermentation.

Pale gold in colour, its movement in the glass suggests a full-bodied wine with a dense mouthfeel that envelops the palate.

On the nose, the terroir disappears to give way to a reminiscence of dairy products and orange blossom mixed with notes of fennel and pastries as it opens up.
