GRAVINE VARIETIES:
Godello, Doña Blanca and Jerez. Grapes selected from the three most common white varieties in El Bierzo; from vineyards between 40 and 60 years old, mostly goblet trained, located at an altitude of between 500 and 800 meters.

WINEMAKING:
Alma Mater is made from grapes harvested by hand, cold macerating the grapes, proceeding to its debourbage by flotation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 - 12 days.

WINE TASTING NOTE:
Alma Mater has a greenish yellow color, clean and bright. It presents typical aromas of Godello must: green apple and citrus, white flowers and mineral and honeyed notes.
