Without sulphites or added yeasts, organic and biodynamic. Aloers has fermented with the rapa (plant structure that holds the grape berries), that gives it structure and personality.

It is a fresh but serious wine.

It would pair very well with Asian cuisine, especially Yakisoba (fried noodles).
