The name of this beer pays tribute to the mountain range that surrounds Altea inland, an incredible mountain system belonging to the Cordilleras Béticas with a height of over 1,100 meters.
This is a Fruit Sour with Brett yeast (a type of wild yeast that in times past was housed in wooden barrels where beers were stored and gave them rustic flavors over time) and aged in copper-colored oak barrels with little persistence of foam.
