NOTE

Tasting notes

Ruby pink colour wine, pale, clean and bright, with lively and attractive tonalities thanks to its fermentation in barrel. The aroma is clean, intense and complex, rich in notes of red fruits (red plums, redcurrants) with a marked floral background. In the mouth it is sweet and fresh, with notes of red peach and cherry. It is an intense, tasty, balanced and long wine, whose fresh acidity balances the alcoholic content, providing good body on the palate.

NOTE

Wine and food pairing

Valencian paella, honeyed rice dishes, risotto, fresh pasta salads, river fish, blue fish, young and creamy cheeses, white meats, grilled and roasted vegetables

NOTE

from the winemaker

Rosé wine made from Garnacha Peluda and Picapoll Blanca fermented in second use acacia oak barrels for a minimum of 3 months, lightly stirred periodically. Subsequently bottled and aged in a temperature-controlled chamber for a minimum of 60 days. To respect its quality, it has not been subjected to any kind of physical treatment so it can give rise to slight precipitation
