Deep ruby red colour with violet rim. Pronounced and fruity aromas of strawberry, peppermint and caramel.

On the palate it has a pleasant, fruity entry, a lively feel with ripe, balanced tannins. No pairing none, but if it is to accompany Iberian, carpaccio, steak tartare or red meat is an ideal wine. Perfect for desserts with dark chocolate

Ageing: 10 months in French oak barrels (80%) and American (20%)
