Anayón Plot 15 Cariñena

Anayón Parcela 15 belongs to the Collection of Winemakers of the World, in whose first edition the North American winemaker Joey Tensley collaborated.

Vinification: The vinification of the fruit of these exceptional plots has been carried out individually and by hand , in open oak barrels and pumped over by hand to maximize the essence of the terroir to which each one belongs and its expressiveness.

Tasting notes: Intense red color with a violet rim. Aromas of ripe fruit, spices, minerals, balsamic. In the mouth, balanced and with good acidity, persistent, varietal typicity of the Cariñena, in a powerful, mineral version.
