Fillet of anchovy (Engraulis encrasicolus)
Anchovies in vinegar are a classic of our gastronomy and one of the star appetizers on our tables. Whether alone or accompanied by some good french fries, pickles, a little red pepper or olives, anchovies in vinegar are a very appetizing food, but certainly also healthy and beneficial for combating conditions as diverse as diabetes, arthritis, depression, asthma, inflammatory diseases, and circulatory system disorders.

Pairing: It is recommended to enjoy with paprika, sliced garlic, and parsley. And consume at room temperature. Ideal on top of crackers like those from Paul & Pippa or on a good bread. We recommend them in salads with gourmet lettuce and good tomatoes. And we can accompany them, of course, with a good white wine such as Penedés, Verdejo, Alvariño, or why not a premium cava, a vermouth, or a frizzante like La Mundial, all of which you will find at Made in Spain Store.
