Tasting notes

To the eye it has a lemon color with golden reflections. On the nose it is a fresh wine, with a well-marked aromatic intensity, citrus, peach, pear, apple and floral notes. The palate is fresh and mineral, with lots of fresh fruit. The alcohol is subtle, nothing intrusive, with an extreme fluidity, well balanced, despite having a remarkable acidity.

Antera is an ideal wine as an aperitif, indicated with fish, seafood, rice, pasta and white meats. It pairs very well with cheeses and smoked meats.

The Verdejo grapes are directly pressed and the must obtained is fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts. After fermentation the wine is aged on its lees for 3 months. Finally, it is bottled with a minimum sulfur content
