Tasting notes
Pale salmon pink with bright flashes. Abundant bubbles of medium size and constant release with excellent crown maintenance. Floral aromas of roses, violets, red fruit, redcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, cherry and plum. Secondary aromas of dairy aromas such as strawberries with cream and yogurt. With hints of dried fruit and ageing aromas that stand out above the primary and secondary aromas. Balanced on the palate, well endowed with flavors, with good persistence of carbonic.
