Our raw material, Engraulis encrasicolus, currently arrives at our facilities in Santoña fresh, and after a maturing process in a salty environment and a hand cleaning and preparation, we obtain our anchovy fillets to which we only add salt and olive oil.
With these simple but very worked steps, we achieve anchovies full of flavor, perfect to enjoy on any occasion. They are a source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A and B. Due to their low calories and high protein content, they are an essential food in any healthy diet.
