Our raw material, Engraulis encrasicolus, currently arrives at our facilities in Santoña fresh, and after a maturation process in a salty environment and a hand-cleaning and preparation, we obtain our Anchovy fillets to which we only add salt and olive oil.
With these simple but carefully crafted steps, we achieve anchovies full of flavor, perfect for enjoying on any occasion. They are a source of iron, potassium, calcium, and vitamins A and B, and due to their low calories and high protein content, they are an essential food in any healthy diet.
