Mountain honey, naturally flavored with truffle maceration and natural vegetable aromas. To the forest honey we add 4% of ripe and whole filleted autumn truffle (t.uncinatum); and we let it macerate for 2 weeks. We turn the honey cubes every day to force the honey through the truffle; this way we get the water out of the truffle, thus dispersing its aromas, and the truffle dehydrates
The bees make the honey, releasing the sugary resin that emanates from the acorn of the holm oak. It is macerated with well-ripened autumn truffle and centrifuged by hand to pass the honey through the truffle, extracting its aroma and dehydrating it naturally. Dense honey (1.4 gr/ml) of dark brown color, with a very peculiar flavor of mountain. Characteristic smell of black and white truffle and sweet flavor
