Truffle sauce elaborated by an artisan from Soria, where wild and cultivated mushrooms and truffles grow. Gourmet & Chic's sauce has a unique aroma because it contains 7% of summer truffle selected for its state of maturation and 50% of mushroom, a little bit of black olive and salt; and all this submerged in our extra virgin olive oil from the Moncayo mountain, from Aragon, Spain. It is a mince containing 7% summer truffle and 50% mushrooms, in extra virgin olive oil and some sunflower oil, black olives, salt and pepper AND it is ready for consumption upon opening it from its glass jar.
