Astrales Godello is a white wine made with the Godello variety from old vineyards located at 500 meters altitude, with poor soils with fragments of slate and schist. Harvesting is carried out manually with grape selection in the vineyard. The clusters undergo cold maceration before pressing. The must is statically decanted by cold to begin fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The resulting wine undergoes reductive aging in bottle for about 50 months before release.Astrales Godello is a powerful, complex and fresh wine.
