Atlantis Treixadura 2020

Atlantis Treixadura is a white wine of the Ribeiro denomination of origin elaborated by Altantis by Maetierra.

Vineyards located in hillsides in the valleys that the rivers Miño and Avia form around the medieval village of Ribadavia. The soils are of granite origin, with high presence of stones and gravels and loam-sandy textures.

Selection of grapes and pressing. Once the must has been obtained, the process of alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 18 º C. After fermentation, it is racked to separate the lees, stabilised by cold, filtered and bottled.
