Vineyard: Selection of plots over 50 years old with different orientations located in the Aucalá area, in the municipalities of Gandesa and Bot.
Soil: Calcareous, clay-calcareous soils, and honeycomb soil.
Elevation above sea level: From 350 to 400 meters.
Pruning style: 2 buds per shoot / 3-4 thumbs.
Climate: Microclimate marked by continental and Mediterranean influences.
Topography: Terraces and gently sloping hillsides.
