Austum Verdejo is a young white wine, with a high aromatic intensity, typical of the Verdejo grape variety.

The Tionio winery, located in Pesquera de Duero, produces wines seeking the best expression of each vintage, both in Ribera del Duero and Rueda.  The vineyards are located in the villages of Serrada and Rueda. Some plots have quite old goblet-trained vines, although most of them are young vines trained on trellises.
