Wine tasting notes:

• View: red wine from Valdeorras with a deep red color with garnet rims. Bright and with inky tear.
• Nose: pleasant complexity that shows, initially, with a characteristic licorice and the first aromas of ripe black fruit. Gradually, and as this wine Avancia Cuvée Mosteiro 2013 Mencia opens up, a greater fruit load appears, with light touches of fresh red fruit, numerous spices, roasted and creamy notes from the oak on an elegant mineral background.
• Mouth: with volume and an unctuous, silky passage. Intense and tasty, with ripe fruit (greater presence of red fruit) and toasted notes as protagonists. Ripe tannins and long and persistent finish. Avancia Mencia Cuvée Mosteiro red wine by Jorge Ordonez is very lively.
