TASTING NOTES:

• Appearance: intense cherry red color with golden reflections. Clean and bright.
• Nose: perfumed. Notes of fruit stand out over a background of toasted wood and soft aromas of vanilla, coconut and spices.
• Palate: smooth, balanced and pleasant.

GRAPES: Graciano, Mazuelo, Tempranillo

AGING: minimum aging of 12 months in American and French oak barrels, with predominance of American oak. Subsequently, it completes its aging for a minimum of 6 more months in the bottle.

ELABORATION: manual harvest. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature around 25ºC. Maceration for approximately 12 days.

WINE PAIRING: appetizers, manchego cheese, Iberian ham, white meats, red meats and grilled meats, Bolognese pasta.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-16ºC
