Bach Mediterrania

Bach Mediterrania is a sparkling white wine produced by Bodega Bach with Chardonnay, Macabeu and Xarel-lo grapes.

They use modern winemaking techniques to make this wine. In the first fermentation, for the elaboration of the base wine, we use grapes from selected vineyards, which are fermented at low temperature to preserve all the taste and aromatic substances. After clarification, stabilisation and filtration, they undergo a second fermentation in pressurised tanks to obtain a fine, smooth bubble. Finally, the wine is filtered and bottled to preserve the fresh, bright flavours.
