Red wine Crianza made with grapes from the Tempranillo, Garnacha, and 5% of other indigenous varieties exclusively grown in Rioja Alavesa. After a manual harvest, the destemmed grapes have been selected grain by grain, using vibration and weight selection tables. Long macerations and intracellular fermentations with natural pumping over and final extraction by gravity. The aging phase lasts 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
