Tasting: Rich in suggestive sensations. Its bright cherry red color with purple trim anticipates how warm and balanced it is in the mouth. Intense varietal aromas on the nose.


Food pairing: Assorted roasts, stews, mushrooms and grilled meats. Blue fish, rice dishes, short and medium cured cheeses.
